When he’s not busy designing the most epic ovens in the world, Tom Gozney likes to make the odd pizza or two! And this is one of his absolute go to topping combos that we just had to share.
Working with one dough ball at a time, toss the dough ball in flour before opening into a pizza base and covering the base with the mozzarella. Drizzle over the marmite and olive oil before sliding onto a placement peel and launching into a hot Roccbox.
Bake for around 90 seconds, rotating as required. As the pizza comes out the oven, finish with a drizzle of hot honey and a good handful of crispy onions.
