Open a Neapolitan dough ball into a pizza skin and rip over the Merguez sausage into small pea sized pieces all over the base. Distribute the two cheeses the same way before dotting about small blobs of the tomato sauce.
Toss the cooked kale leaves in a little olive oil and add those to the pizza too.
Slide the pizza onto your Roccbox peel and launch the pizza into the oven and bake for 60-90 seconds.
50g Merguez Sausage
1 ½ Tbsp Tomato Sauce
20g Blue Cheese
Few Leaves of Cooked Cavolo Nero/Tuscan Kale
