The Barbican 1900 oven has a 1250mm internal cooking diameter or 20 x 12” pizza capacity. Capable of cooking up to 600 pizzas per hour. Perfect for medium to large sized restaurants.
Included in the delivery is a Barbican 1900 modular commercial grade floor and dome segments, stand with calcium silicate underfloor insulation boarding, steel, enamelled oven mouth with superior access to oven floor, wide mouth entrance and door, galvanised steel upper enclosure, stainless steel flue connecting vent and ceramic fibre dome insulation materials. Optional gas burner in either single or dual configuration.
