The Barbican 1650 oven has a 1250mm internal cooking diameter or 12 x 12” pizza capacity. Capable of cooking up to 360 pizzas per hour. Perfect for medium to large sized restaurants.
Delivery includes Barbican 1650 modular commercial grade floor and dome segments, stand with calcium silicate underfloor insulation boarding, steel, enamelled oven mouth with superior access to oven floor, wide mouth entrance and door, quick connect render mesh system, stainless steel flue connecting vent, ceramic fibre dome insulation materials, ceramic fibre reinforcement mesh and consolidation mortar render. Optional gas burner in either single or dual configuration.
